- 150 g granulated sugar

- Icing sugar, food coloring, edible flowers for decorating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whisk flour, almond meal, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 25 g balls and place on trays, flatten slightly.
- Bake 12–15 min until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on trays 5 min, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Decorate with icing or edible flowers once completely cooled.
Notes

- Chill sticky dough for easier handling.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze undecorated for 3 months.
