- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (filling)
- 1 cup brown sugar (filling)
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon (filling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (glaze)
- 2–3 tbsp milk (glaze)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (glaze)
Instructions
- Combine yeast, warm milk, and sugar; let froth 5–10 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add flour; knead 5–7 minutes.
- Let dough rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Roll dough into 16×12-inch rectangle; spread butter, brown sugar, cinnamon.
- Roll into log, slice into 12 rolls; place in greased dish.
- Let rise 30–45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Mix glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
