Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
