Description

My Best Brownies Recipe is fudgy, rich, and irresistibly chocolatey. Perfect for sharing, easy to make, and full of love, these brownies bring warmth and joy to every table.


Ingredients

  • 200g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: 100g chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Mix in sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt, then fold into chocolate mixture gently.
  5. Add walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Pour into tin, smooth top, and bake 25–30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor. Avoid overmixing after adding flour to keep brownies fudgy. Store in an airtight container up to 5 days, or freeze individually.
