- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange asparagus in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss gently.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over asparagus and roast 2–3 more minutes.
- Remove, add lemon zest if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Trim woody ends for tender asparagus. Use fresh Parmesan for better melting. Reheat in oven to maintain crispness.
