- 12 oz mini sausages
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent dough
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds or sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface. Cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
- Place a mini sausage at one end and roll up.
- Whisk egg and water for egg wash; brush over rolls.
- Sprinkle seeds if desired. Arrange on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 mins until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Chill dough before rolling for flaky layers. Can make ahead and refrigerate until baking. Reheat in oven to maintain crispiness. Serve with mustard, ketchup, or honey mustard dip.
