- 150g mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then cool in ice water.
