- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, extra shredded cheese
Instructions
- Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch/blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and optional blue cheese.
- Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours (or high for 1 hour), stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella 10 minutes before serving; cover until melted.
- Garnish with green onions or blue cheese before serving.
Notes
Let cream cheese soften for even melting. Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Adjust buffalo sauce for desired heat. Reheat leftovers with a splash of milk if needed. Assemble ahead of time for convenience.
