- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chop asparagus and blanch briefly.
- Spread asparagus and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the crust.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour egg mixture over the asparagus and cheese.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For deeper flavor use a mix of cheddar and Gruyère cheese. You can also add sautéed onions or mushrooms. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
