Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
- Spread mustard on each rectangle and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place a sausage on each and roll pastry around it, sealing the edges.
- Arrange on tray, brush with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving.
