- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 300g fettuccine
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove.
- Melt butter in skillet; sauté garlic 1 minute.
- Add cream and milk; simmer 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine chicken and pasta with sauce; toss.
- Season with remaining Italian seasoning and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
