Description

This Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta is rich, creamy, and full of comfort. Juicy chicken and tender pasta are coated in a luscious Parmesan sauce — perfect for family dinners or weeknight indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
  • 300g fettuccine
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove.
  4. Melt butter in skillet; sauté garlic 1 minute.
  5. Add cream and milk; simmer 3–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Combine chicken and pasta with sauce; toss.
  8. Season with remaining Italian seasoning and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
