Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil; season and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove.
- Melt butter in skillet; sauté garlic 1 minute. Add cream and milk; stir.
- Whisk in Parmesan until smooth; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Toss pasta in sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
- Slice chicken, place atop pasta, sprinkle parsley, serve immediately.
