- 1 cup hot coffee

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease pans.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix.
- Stir in hot coffee until smooth.
- Pour into pans evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Beat butter and mix frosting ingredients.
- Layer cake with frosting and decorate.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Use hot coffee for richer flavor. Do not overmix batter. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days. You can freeze cake layers for later use.
