- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh strawberries, halved
- Banana slices
- Blueberries and raspberries
- Mini croissants
- Biscotti or shortbread cookies
- Marshmallows (optional)
- Crushed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios)
- Shredded coconut
- Mini chocolate chips
- Honey or caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Place chopped chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir gently until smooth. Add vanilla and salt.
- Wash and slice fruits; arrange cookies, pastries, and marshmallows.
- Place chocolate fondue bowl in the center of a large board. Arrange all dippables around it.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the board. Drizzle honey or caramel if desired.
- Serve immediately with small fondue forks or toothpicks for dipping.
Notes
Warm chocolate slowly to avoid burning. Slice fruits just before serving. Toast nuts for extra flavor. Keep extra dippables on the side for abundance.
