- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips; reserve some for topping.
- Transfer to dish, smooth top, and sprinkle reserved ingredients.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool 5–10 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
