- 1 cup whole milk

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through. Slice thinly.
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving ½ cup pasta water. Drain.
- Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and milk, simmer gently.
- Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth; adjust with pasta water if needed.
- Toss pasta and chicken in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve garnished with parsley and extra cheese.
