- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time and whisk well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl mix flour, matcha powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center sets.
- Allow brownies to cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
