My Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with a luscious cream cheese-cinnamon mixture. Perfect for cozy breakfasts, brunch, or sweet treats that bring family together.

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- ¾ cup whole milk, warmed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour gradually. Knead 8–10 mins.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hrs.
- Mix cream cheese, softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Roll dough into 12×16-inch rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over dough.
- Roll tightly, pinch seam, slice into 12 rolls.
- Place in greased baking dish, cover, let rise 30–45 mins.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 25–30 mins until golden.
- Drizzle glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla (optional).
Notes
Warm milk gently to bloom yeast. Use softened cream cheese for smooth filling. Store in airtight container 2 days; reheat 15–20 sec in microwave.
