- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
- Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; fold to combine.
- Spread in a baking dish; top with reserved cheddar.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste. Assemble ahead for easy entertaining. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat before serving.
