Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente; drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown; remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and milk, simmer gently.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Toss pasta and chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce. Adjust creaminess with reserved pasta water. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of milk.
