Description

This Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad is fresh, cool, and incredibly easy to make. Crisp cucumbers tossed in a creamy, tangy dill dressing create the perfect refreshing side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
