Ingredients

- 300g fusilli pasta
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 100g sweet corn
- 100g cooked ham or turkey, diced (optional)
- 150g cream cheese, softened
- 100g mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs: parsley or chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente, rinse under cold water.
- Prepare vegetables and optional protein.
- Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Combine pasta, vegetables, and protein. Fold in dressing.
- Sprinkle herbs, fold gently, chill 30 min.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
Make ahead: night before or few hours in advance. Store in airtight container up to 3 days. Add herbs last for freshness. Ideal for picnics and family meals.
