Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; mix well.
  4. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Transfer to the crockpot; cook on low 2 hours, stirring halfway.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; cook 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for heat preference. Add lemon juice for tang. Make ahead and refrigerate; cook when ready. Serve with chips, veggies, or pretzels for fun.
