- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Mix cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; mix well.
- Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
- Transfer to the crockpot; cook on low 2 hours, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; cook 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
