  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in cheddar and mozzarella, reserving some for topping.
  4. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle reserved cheeses on top.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with green onions or parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Adjust buffalo sauce to control spiciness. Make ahead by assembling in a dish and refrigerating up to 24 hours before baking.
