Description

This Creamy Strawberry Tart features a buttery crust, silky cream filling, and fresh strawberries with a glossy glaze. Perfect for spring and summer desserts, it’s elegant, easy, and full of fresh flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 23 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and butter into crumbs.
  2. Add egg yolk and water to form dough.
  3. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out and bake crust.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  7. Fill crust with cream.
  8. Arrange strawberries on top.
  9. Brush with warm jam.
  10. Chill before serving.
