- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter into crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and water to form dough.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out and bake crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Whip cream and fold into mixture.
- Fill crust with cream.
- Arrange strawberries on top.
- Brush with warm jam.
- Chill before serving.
