Description

These Crockpot Hawaiian Meatballs for Potlucks are sweet, savory, and irresistibly comforting. Tender meatballs simmer slowly in a pineapple-infused sauce, making them perfect for parties, family gatherings, and easy entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 kg frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ cups sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs directly to the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and mix lightly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring once if possible.

Notes

These meatballs can be made a day ahead and reheated in the slow cooker. Add extra pineapple juice if the sauce thickens too much. Great served with toothpicks or over rice.
