Description

These Crockpot Sweet Chili Hawaiian Meatballs are tender, sticky, and full of sweet-and-savory flavor. Slow-cooked with pineapple and chili sauce, they’re perfect for busy days, family dinners, or easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 900 g frozen beef meatballs
  • 1½ cups sweet chili sauce
  • 1 can (400 g) pineapple chunks with juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in sweet chili sauce, pineapple with juice, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Stir gently to coat the meatballs evenly.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Stir and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice or as an appetizer with toothpicks. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of pineapple juice if needed.
