Description

This Cucumber Onion Dill Salad is crisp, refreshing, and full of flavor. Thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions are tossed with creamy yogurt dressing and fragrant dill for a quick, healthy side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 23 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice cucumbers and onion.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Toss cucumbers, onions, and dill in a large salad bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over vegetables and gently mix.
  5. Chill for 15 minutes and serve.

Notes

Slice vegetables thin for best texture. Chill to enhance flavor. Add dill and dressing just before serving if storing longer.
