Description
This Cucumber Onion Dill Salad is crisp, refreshing, and full of flavor. Thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions are tossed with creamy yogurt dressing and fragrant dill for a quick, healthy side dish.

- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2–3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice cucumbers and onion.
- Mix Greek yogurt, vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss cucumbers, onions, and dill in a large salad bowl.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and gently mix.
- Chill for 15 minutes and serve.
Notes
Slice vegetables thin for best texture. Chill to enhance flavor. Add dill and dressing just before serving if storing longer.
