Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Mix in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, fold in flour gently.
- Optional: Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour into pan, smooth top.
- Bake 50-60 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 mins, transfer to wire rack.
Notes
