Description

My Easy Cheesy Lasagna is a family favorite that combines creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, and rich tomato-meat sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, it’s a comforting, cheesy dish everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook noodles as directed if not using no-boil.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic; brown meat, add sauce and seasoning.
  4. Mix ricotta and egg until creamy.
  5. Layer noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce; repeat. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake 30–35 min until bubbly.
  7. Let rest 10–15 min before slicing.

Notes

Use no-boil noodles for convenience. Add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition. Assemble ahead for easier dinner prep.
