- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers
Instructions
- Shred the chicken.
- In a crockpot, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken.
- Add half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on low 2 hr or high 1 hr, stirring every 30 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and let melt.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for ease and flavor. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste. Make-ahead friendly; refrigerate overnight, then heat. Leftovers last 3 days in the fridge.
