Description

This Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate party appetizer! Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy, it’s simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser. Serve it with chips, crackers, or veggies for a fun, comforting treat everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken.
  2. In a crockpot, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken.
  4. Add half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low 2 hr or high 1 hr, stirring every 30 min.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and let melt.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for ease and flavor. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste. Make-ahead friendly; refrigerate overnight, then heat. Leftovers last 3 days in the fridge.
