Description

This Easy Cucumber Dill Salad is fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Made with crisp cucumbers, fresh dill, and a tangy sour cream dressing, it’s the perfect refreshing side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, dill, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cucumbers and onion to the dressing.
  4. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
  6. Stir and serve fresh.

Notes

Salt cucumbers beforehand to reduce excess water. Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option. Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
