Description

This Easy Frozen Meatball Hawaiian Crockpot Recipe is a sweet and savory comfort dish made with frozen meatballs, pineapple, and a rich Hawaiian-style sauce. It’s perfect for busy days, family dinners, or effortless entertaining, all made simple in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 900 g frozen meatballs
  • 400 g pineapple chunks with juice
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 120 ml ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs directly to the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple with juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
  5. Stir once during cooking and serve warm over rice or as an appetizer.

Notes

For extra sweetness, add more brown sugar. Bell peppers add color and texture but are optional. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days and reheat gently.
