- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Fold in chicken and half of the cheeses.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Softened cream cheese mixes easier. Rotisserie chicken saves time. Can prepare ahead; add topping cheese before baking. Customize heat with more or less buffalo sauce.
