- 24 mini cocktail sausages
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- Optional: 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame seeds or poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut each triangle into smaller triangles.
- Place a mini sausage on the wide end of each triangle; add cheese if desired.
- Roll the dough over the sausage and pinch edges to seal.
- Place wrapped sausages on baking sheet and brush with egg wash; sprinkle seeds if using.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
