Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional garlic or lemon zest.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes until tender with crispy tips.
