Description

These Easy Strawberry Brownies are fudgy, fruity, and irresistibly sweet. Bursting with fresh strawberry flavor, they are perfect for family gatherings or cozy afternoons. Simple to make and full of love, this recipe brings everyone together around the kitchen table.


Ingredients

  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Optional: 50g white chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk sugars and eggs until creamy.
  4. Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt; fold into wet ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  7. Optionally fold in white chocolate or nuts.
  8. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake 25–30 minutes until slightly fudgy.
  10. Cool completely, then slice into squares.

Notes

Room-temperature butter and eggs mix better. Macerate strawberries for deeper flavor. Gently fold strawberries to avoid turning batter pink. Store in airtight container for 3 days or freeze for later.
