- 200g granulated sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 4 large eggs

- 30g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
- Optional: 50g white chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugars and eggs until creamy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift flour, cocoa, and salt; fold into wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Optionally fold in white chocolate or nuts.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until slightly fudgy.
- Cool completely, then slice into squares.
Notes
Room-temperature butter and eggs mix better. Macerate strawberries for deeper flavor. Gently fold strawberries to avoid turning batter pink. Store in airtight container for 3 days or freeze for later.
