- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pour fruit mixture into baking dish.
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over fruit.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
