Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add condensed milk, milk, vanilla, and melted butter; stir until smooth.
  3. Grease a mug lightly and pour in batter, leaving room to rise.

Notes
