- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bell peppers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Fold in buffalo sauce and green onions.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for a smoother dip. Swirl in extra hot sauce for more heat. Make ahead by assembling the dip and adding cheese right before baking.
