Description

My Football Sunday Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate game-day treat — creamy, cheesy, and packed with shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Perfect for sharing with friends and family while cheering on your favorite team.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bell peppers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Fold in buffalo sauce and green onions.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for a smoother dip. Swirl in extra hot sauce for more heat. Make ahead by assembling the dip and adding cheese right before baking.
