Description

These Fresh Strawberry Brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and bursting with juicy strawberries. Perfect for cozy afternoons, summer gatherings, or gifting to loved ones, they’re a sweet hug in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 50g white chocolate chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20×20 cm baking tin.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
  3. Whisk in sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in flour and salt gently.
  6. Add chopped strawberries and white chocolate chunks.
  7. Pour into baking tin and smooth top.
  8. Bake 25–30 min, until a skewer shows moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Dry strawberries for best texture. Do not overmix after adding flour. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat briefly for fresh-from-oven taste.
