- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 50g white chocolate chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20×20 cm baking tin.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
- Whisk in sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour and salt gently.
- Add chopped strawberries and white chocolate chunks.
- Pour into baking tin and smooth top.
- Bake 25–30 min, until a skewer shows moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Dry strawberries for best texture. Do not overmix after adding flour. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat briefly for fresh-from-oven taste.
