Description

  • 120g rolled oats
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
