Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach.
  2. Hull and slice strawberries.
  3. Toast almonds until golden and fragrant.
  4. Slice the red onion thinly.
  5. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, and onions.
