- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease pan.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine mixtures gently.
- Add hot coffee and mix well.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix. Use hot coffee for richer flavor. Cool completely before slicing for best fudgy texture.
