Description

A rich, moist, and deeply chocolatey fudgy chocolate cake that melts in your mouth. Perfect for celebrations or cozy family desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and grease pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  4. Combine mixtures gently.
  5. Add hot coffee and mix well.
  6. Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
  7. Cool before serving.

Notes

Do not overmix. Use hot coffee for richer flavor. Cool completely before slicing for best fudgy texture.
