Description

These Gluten Free Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Cups are creamy, sweet, and bursting with fresh strawberries. No baking is required, making this dessert quick, easy, and perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Optional: mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  2. Press 2 tablespoons into each dessert cup for the base.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Layer over biscuit base in cups.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries.
  8. Chill at least 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth filling. Sweeten strawberries lightly if needed. Make ahead for parties. Freeze without strawberries if needed.
