Description

This Gluten-Free Strawberry Tart is a fresh, elegant dessert made with almond flour crust, creamy vanilla filling, and juicy strawberries. It’s light, naturally gluten-free, and perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or jam

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients.
  2. Press into tart pan.
  3. Bake until golden.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Mix filling until smooth.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Add strawberries on top.
  8. Glaze and chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Chill before slicing for clean cuts. Crust can be made a day ahead.
