- 4 large eggs

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft.
- Add garlic and asparagus and cook 3 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, yogurt, and milk together.
- Stir in cheese and seasonings.
- Spread vegetables into crust.
- Pour egg mixture over vegetables.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is set.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use fresh asparagus for best flavor. Substitute spinach or mushrooms if desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat gently in the oven.
