Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Mix in eggs, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Add walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top.
- Bake 50-60 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 min, then transfer to wire rack.
