Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Cook protein until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  5. Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
  6. Combine protein, vegetables, and low carb alternatives.
  7. Season with fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with herbs or seeds if desired.

Notes

Substitute chicken with shrimp, salmon, or tempeh for variety. For extra crunch, sprinkle toasted nuts or seeds. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain vegetable texture.
