Description

Healthy Strawberry Spinach Salad is a refreshing, nutritious, and colorful salad made with fresh baby spinach, ripe strawberries, toasted almonds, and a light balsamic vinaigrette. Perfect for a quick lunch, side dish, or family gathering, this salad is easy to make and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry spinach, hull and slice strawberries, slice red onion, and toast almonds.
  2. In a large bowl, gently toss spinach, strawberries, and red onion.
  3. Sprinkle toasted almonds and crumbled feta on top.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately for best freshness.

Notes

Wash spinach thoroughly and dry completely. Slice strawberries just before serving. Toast almonds lightly for maximum flavor. Store spinach, almonds, and dressing separately if prepping ahead.
